This country breakfast will fill you up, and keep you full almost all day (great for busy days on the farm). Composed of sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and cheese, there is plenty of protein in this delicious breakfast for those hard working muscles.

Lay bacon out on a cookie sheet, and bake at 350° for 15-25 minutes (depending on thickness and desired crispiness)
1 pound bacon
Cook sausage in covered skillet over medium heat, chopping into crumbles
1 pound sausage
Cook diced potatoes in air fryer with seasoning (400℉ for 15 minutes). Or, once the sausage is cooked, you can season the potatoes and then add them to the casserole.
