Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Most of our physical products are print-on-demand items produced by Printify or Printful. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues with your digital product, please contact our support team for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at backwoodsbabble@podunkliving.com for return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at backwoodsbabble@podunkliving.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at backwoodsbabble@podunkliving.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns of valuable items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
