Since we're using deer meat, we'll call this recipe "Sloppy Does". This ground venison sloppy joes recipe is made with a handful of ingredients, and is great for when your dinner plans are stuck in a rut. Another i-deer, use Hawaiian buns to add a bit more flavor to the sandwiches.

Defrost ground venison, then brown the deer meat over medium heat in a dutch oven or cast iron skillet.
1 pound Ground Venison
While venison meat is browning, mix together catsup, mustard, and brown sugar in a bowl.
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, 2 Tablespoons Mustard, 1/2 cup Ketchup
Once the ground venison is cooked, add the sauce mixture and reduce the heat to low. Simmer the meat in the sauce until it thickens to your desired taste (we cook ours until it is almost dry, for about 5-10 minutes). Toast the buns if desired.
4 Hawaiian hamburger buns
Top the buns with the sloppy joe meat, and enjoy!
